Felicity was a regular character on ABC's Red Widow. She is also noted to be the first lead female role in The Call of Duty franchise as Chloe Karma Lynch in Call of DutyBlack Ops II and Rebecca Chambers in Resident EvilVendetta. Marcus Coloma had been in the course of a relationship with her. She got married in 2016 to Paul Freeman. Lauren Cahill, her only sister. Cahill was born in Stafford Virginia. As a young girl she began performing in the productions at her local high school. After 8 years of performing and singing lessons, she became Miss Pre-Teen Virginia. Miss Pre-Teen Virginia, 1991. First runner-up Miss Junior America. As a high-school student at Brooke Point High School she continued her acting career and served as president of several clubs, including The Honor Thespians. A 16-year-old Cahill also received the overall award for the Actors Models Talent for Christ. Then she was chosen into the Barton and Williams Dance Company with the company as well as individual awards. She attended Marymount Manhattan College, New York in 1998 after graduating high school. The scholarship was to be awarded for performing arts and academics. At age 19, she left school to take on an acting job full time and based in Los Angeles.
